Where are the prints made?
Your print is produced locally to you through our print partner's global network, this keeps the delivery faster, supports lower emissions, and means your print arrives quickly wherever you are!
What is the return policy?
Since each print is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days with a photo and I'll arrange a free reprint or refund, no need to send anything back.
How are the artists involved?
Each artwork is created by an independent artist who works with me directly. They retain full copyright of their work, and receive 40% of every print sold of their piece. You can find their bio and links on each artwork's product page, check them out to support them.
Why does 20% go to a charity, and how do I know it's real?
20% of every sale is donated to a Bali-based charity, to give back to the island since I call this a part of my home for now. We rotate between Animal Rescue Shelters and Children Charities in need. There will be a switch each 3 months. Updates on donations you will find on my instagram @vivianesaner. Full transparency is important to me.
Where do you ship to, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is included in the listed price, no surprise costs at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Prints are made to order and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your prints are on the way.
Is this an original artwork or a print?
Every piece is a high-quality print of an original portrait created by one of my collaborating artists. Prints are produced on premium paper through our print partner and are not mass-produced.
